The Miller® Shade 5 face shield with ratchet headgear is extremely lightweight and meets ANSI Z87.1 standards for impact resistance. The DIN Shade 5 polycarbonate lens provides up to 99.9% protection against harmful UVA/UVB/UVC rays that can cause eye damage. The replaceable lens measures 8.4 inches high X 8.6 inches wide and is 0.8 inches thick. Miller’s exclusive HDV (High-Definition View) technology. means you will get a clear, distortion-free view of your work from any viewing angle.

The entire lens and headgear assembly weighs only 4.4 ounces. The headgear features a ratchet size adjustment, as well as a slide height adjustment. It comes complete with front cushion sweatband and rear comfort cushion. OPTIONAL hard hat adapters are also available.
