Diamond Ground CRYO-T 2% Thoriated Tungsten Electrode CT-1/8

Package of 10 – The Diamond Ground CRYO-T 7 inch 2% thoriated tungsten electrode, size 1/8″, is cryogenically treated to provide longer life and easier arc starts when compared to standard thoriated tungsten. The extremely cold temperatures of the cryogenic process produce a tungsten blend that is more dense and therefore, more durable. Cryo-T tungsten can be used in the same welding applications as standard 2% thoriated tungsten. It is ideal for DC TIG welding of steel and stainless steel. Each tungsten electrode has a mechanically ground finish for consistent purity and performance.
