The Woodford Patented Pressure Relief Valve (PRV) prevents the Woodford faucet tube from bursting in freezing conditions, even if a hose is unintentionally left connected to the faucet. Save Time. You don’t need to remove the existing Woodford rod to determine the length. The adjustable rod only fits existing Woodford models 14, 16, 17, 19, 22 or V22s. Use common household tools to repair.
