CMT Orange Tools Universal Shaper Cutter Heads
CMT’s high quality shaper cutterheads are the versatile, easy-to-use and cost effective solution to shaper work. Precision milled from the finest high-strength aluminum, these cutterheads feature dual pins to locate knives quickly and hold them securely. This cutterhead includes a pair of straight knives, and accepts every knife set shown at the link below. Use these tools on all types of shaper and molder machines. CMT profile knives are made of M2 steel and are only available in pairs. Save money by inserting these in you shaper cutter heads instead of buying a shaper cutter that only cuts one profile. These knives have a cutting length of 1-37/64 inches (40mm) and a thickness of 5/32 inches ( 4mm). See Shaper Accessories for bore reducers. Extra knife sets are only in pairs.
