Genuine Jackson Safety® 39477 Hard Hat Interchange System Master Kit allows you to quickly and safely switch from welding helmet to face shield and back again, without removing your slotted hard hat. Many job sites require continuous head protection. This hard hat interchange system allows you to comply with job site head protection regulations at all times, while switching back and forth between welding and finishing tasks.

The unique blade design connects slotted hard hat, welding helmet and face shield without the use of tools. Quick release mechanism allows for rapid change between welding helmet and face shield, even while wearing gloves. Audible “click” lets you know that your hard hat, welding helmet/face shield assembly is properly connected.

Use this system with the Jackson Safety SC-6 hard hat (sold separately) with the bill forward or backward. The Hard Hat Interchange system also works with 90% of competitive slotted hard hats.

It accommodates all Jackson Safety face shields, HSL series welding hoods, HaloX hoods and Nitro hoods (all sold separately).
